Admissions Process

To begin the application process, we invite you to complete our online inquiry form. This initial step helps us get acquainted with your family and allows us to provide you with detailed information about our programs, values, and the KPA community.

Step 3: Schedule an Academic Test or Observation

We strive to understand each student holistically to provide the best possible support and education. As part of our admissions process, we conduct an academic test and a personal interview.

For students entering Kindergarten and above, we administer an academic assessment to gauge their current knowledge and skill levels, ensuring our programs can effectively meet their needs. For students entering 4th grade and above, we also conduct a personal interview. The academic assessment helps us gauge your child's current knowledge and skill levels, ensuring that our programs can effectively meet their needs. The interview, on the other hand, provides an opportunity for us to learn about your child's interests, personality, and aspirations. It's a chance for us to understand what makes them unique and how we can best support their growth and development.

For our youngest learners in Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4, we perform an in-class observation. This allows us to see how they interact with peers and engage with learning activities in a natural classroom setting.

Academic tests, observations, and/or interviews will be scheduled during your tour.

Step 4: Submit Material

For all applicants, we require the submission of academic records, recommendation letters, and any relevant assessments or evaluations. These documents provide us with valuable insights into your child's academic history, learning style, and achievements.

For our youngest applicants in Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4, while formal academic records are not necessary, we encourage parents to share any relevant information about their child's early learning experiences, interests, and social interactions.

Once your child has been accepted to Key Point Academy, the next step is to complete the registration forms. This crucial step finalizes your child's enrollment and helps us prepare for their arrival.
