After 13 years at our Brickell campus, Key Point Academy has found a new home in Edgewater, at the edge of Downtown Miami. Over the years, we have listened closely to our families and designed a campus around their evolving needs, supporting students from age two through high school, all in one place. Built for what comes next, the campus includes studios and labs where skills are explored and mastered, along with a pathway to earn real college credit at Miami Dade College before graduation.

Is there availability for the 2026-27 school year?
Yes. Our new campus opens in 2026-27 with room to welcome new families across grade levels, and availability varies by grade. Tell us your child's grade and our admissions team will confirm availability for your grade.
Where is Key Point Academy located?
Key Point Academy is a private school in Miami, with our new campus in Edgewater on the edge of Downtown, at 1501 Biscayne Blvd, a short distance from Brickell, Wynwood, and the Design District. We are an independent school serving students from PreK (age two) through Grade 12 on a single campus.
Can Key Point Academy enroll international students and sponsor a visa?
Yes. Key Point Academy is certified by the U.S. government to enroll international students and issue the Form I-20, the official document your family needs to apply for the F-1 student visa.
Can my child join mid-year?
Yes. Many of our families arrived in Miami mid-year, and our admissions team is experienced in making that transition smooth, including for families applying from abroad.
What if my child is still learning English?
They'll be in good company. KPA has a dedicated English as a Second Language (ESL) program and a long history of welcoming students who arrive with language barriers.
What are the school hours?
Early Care opens at 8:00 AM and After Care runs until 6:00 PM, both with flexible month-to-month enrollment, so the school day can match your workday.
How does KPA look after student wellbeing and safety?
Wellbeing at KPA is a daily practice. We follow Affinitas Education's group-wide Culture of Care: clear safeguarding standards, carefully vetted and trained staff, and one promise every child knows, that speaking up brings help.
Is Key Point Academy accredited?
